Provide an analysis as to the origins and essence of the term "myth" as presented in the book entitled "A Short History of Myth" by Karen Armstrong. Present an analysis as to the nature and evolution of myth during the Paleolithic to Neolithic Ages. According to Armstrong how and why did the relationship between human beings and the divine change over this period of time in history? Conclude by presenting your analysis as to the role of myth within the study of history.

at the top of the page. Move down five (5) spaces and begin your essay presentation
using "time new roman" size fourteen (14) font double-spaced. Provide
a work-cited page using the MLA standards for citation. Staple your work in
the upper left hand corner.
All papers will be graded according the attached rubric. All papers are due
in class on Monday February 11th. No late papers will be accepted without written
permission from Professor Page.
Any paper submitted that has been proven to include
instances of plagiarism will receive a grade of 'F' and the incident will be
reported to the History Department Chairperson and to the office of the Academic
Vice President.
